Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our collections, add your favorite ones to cart, and checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept GCash, bank transfer, credit/debit cards, and Cash on Delivery (Lalamove options).
Q: Can I make changes to my order after checkout?
A: Please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once packed, we can no longer edit or cancel.
Q: What would you recommend for newborns?
A: All of our headbands and bows are designed with comfort in mind. Please choose the size Newborn for babies 0-3 months. Don't worry, our turbands stretch for another 2-3 inches once worn!
Q: How long will it take my order to ship?
A: Orders will ship within 5-7 business days from your order date via J&T Express , and should be delivered with about 1-3 business days. Tracking numbers will be sent via email and sms once picked up but don't hesitate to email us at maisondubiscuits@gmail.com or enquiries. Production time may change depending on volume of orders placed.
Q: Tracking number showing it's delivered, what should we do?
A: Please check with neighbors or if you're living in a condominium or subdivision, your receptionist or guard may have received it for you. If you've done those things, email us at maisondubiscuits@gmail.com as soon as possible and we will do our very best to help!
Q: Will my order look exactly as was listed online?
A: Each bow is handmade and pattern placement on prints may vary slightly but no worries, we do our best to make sure that color and style is made to match our product photos.
Q: I received an incorrect and/or damaged in my package. What should I do?
A: Email us at maisondubiscuits@gmail.com right away and we will assist you right away.

Q: Where do you deliver?
A: We currently deliver nationwide in the Philippines. Same day delivery is available for select Metro Manila and Bulacan areas, excluding custom and bulk orders.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

Same-day: Available through Lalamove/Grab (fees apply). Please note that cutoff for same day orders is 12 noon and will be shipped at 3 pm.

A: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location via J&T Express.

A: Yes! Everything is made locally in small batches to ensure quality.

Gifting & Custom Orders
Q: Do you offer gift packaging?
A: Yes! Each order comes with our signature vintage wrapping. We also offer custom ribbons and notes upon request.
